Tom Hale
A graduate of the Ringling School of Fine Art in Sarasota, Fl, Tom Hale’s paintings have been widely exhibited in galleries in Florida, North Carolina, and Virginia. His work is included in the public collections of Ethyl Corporation, Media General, Owens & minor, and the Virginia Wildlife & Game Commission. Also a photographer, he has published several pictoral books on Richmond and Virginia.
