Artist Statement
The inspiration for my work has always resided within
emotional experience. Objects in the natural world
become metaphors for human experience and the
passage of time. Images seek to create a sense of place,
time, and atmosphere with the intent to resonate with
the viewer and elicit a sense of reminiscence - perhaps
ineffable intellectually, but tangible emotionally.
