"Upper Rapidan Pool," silkscreen 32" x 48" was recently purchased by the Joel and Lila Harnett Museum of Art at the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia. The print was exhibited in 2010 at the University Museum's 2010 Harnett Biennial of American Prints.
In 2008 and 2009, "Winter, Cascades," silkscreen 24" x 36" was included in an exhibit of American Art at The US Embassy in Madagascar.
New Fred Nichols Installation
Late Autumn Pool, a" 72" x 109" oil painting by Frederick Nichols (pictured below), was recently installed at the University of Virginia Medical School Library. It will move to the lobby of the Emily Couric Cancer Center when the building is completed.
Beth and Fred at the 2003 Piedmont Council of the Arts Award ceremony, where they were awarded a joint life-time achievement award for there contributions to the arts in this region.
